There are certain hotel services that must be carried out on a daily basis or at the guests’ requests.
According to the 946-N decree of the RA Government, in 5 and 4 star hotels bed sheets and towels must be changed every day. In 3, 2 and 1 star hotels or motels this procedure is carried out once in 3 days or at the guests’ requests.
We would like to add that items of personal hygiene must be sold at 5, 4 and 3 star hotels.
The above mentioned decree also specifies the minimal facilities that must be provided in all hotels: sinks (with a table or a locker), mirrors (above each sink) with overhead lighting or side lighting, liquid soap, toilet paper, a trash can, electric devices for drying hands or disposable towels, wall hangers, etc.
