The Law of the Republic of Armenia About Bodies of System of Public Administration defines the list of bodies subject to the Prime Minister and the Government.
It is noted that the bodies subordinate to the Prime Minister operate in the areas of national security, police and state control.
According to the law, the bodies subordinate to the Prime Minister are:
1) National Security Service
2) The Police
3) Service of the state control.
The law states that the body subordinate to the Government shall ensure the implementation of the Government’s policy within the field of activity assigned to it by law, as well as supports the development of Government policy within the field assigned to it.
According to the law, the bodies subject to the Government are:
1) Cadastre Committee
2) Nuclear Safety Regulatory Committee
3) State Revenue Committee
4) Statistics Committee
5) Urban Development Committee
6) Health and Labor Inspection Body
7) Nature and Entrails Inspection Body
8) The Education Inspectorate
9) Market Surveillance Inspectorate
10) Food Safety inspection body
11) Urban Development, Technical Standards and Fire Safety Inspectorate.
