According to the N264-N decision of RA Government of March 4, 2004;
a) The order and schedule for citizens who do not pass compulsory military service, to submit applications, discuss and respond according to the Appendix N 2
b) The termination procedure of criminal prosecution for citizens who did not pass compulsory military service according to the Appendix N3
According to the Appendix N2, citizen or his legal representative submit an application to the military base where he is registered. A citizen of a foreign state may submit an application to the diplomatic mission or consulate of the Republic of Armenia located in that country that registers and sends an application to the corresponding Commissariat.
The discussion and respond to the citizen’s cannot exceed 2 months.
In case of negative decision on the citizen’s application, the applicant is sent a response letter stating the reasons for rejection.
In case of positive decision on the citizen’s application, a response letter indicating bank account for payment and the deadline for paying the fee is sent to the applicant. In case of delay, the payment will not be accepted. The citizen takes the receipt of payment to the interdepartmental commission.
According to the Appendix N3, for terminating the criminal prosecution of the citizens who did not pass compulsory military service, Interdepartmental Commission sends the receipt of the national commission’s decision confirming payment of the fee, to the corresponding regional prosecutor.
