What Documents shall be submitted to terminate your Activities as an Individual Entrepreneur?

According to Article 30 of the “RA Law on Registration of the Legal Entities, Separate Subdivisions of Legal Entities, Institutions and Individual Entrepreneurs” to terminate the registration, individual entrepreneurs or their authorized representatives shall submit to the agency the following documents:

1.    Application

2.    In case of submitting the application by  the authorized representative corresponding power of attorney and  the identity document  shall be presented

3.    Document certifying the fulfillment of requirements of Article 20, clause 6 of the “RA Law on Archives”

The register removal of the dead individual entrepreneur is done on the request of an interested party. Death fact confirming document and its copy are required for this. Death fact confirming document is returned to the presenter after comparing it with the original copy.

The removal of an unknown, missing entrepreneur is done on the request of an interested person, for which any information is required to identify an individual entrepreneur registered person as well as the copy of the court decision declaring his absence.

To remove the insolvent individual entrepreneur, the following documents are introduced to the agency:

1.    Application

2.    A copy of the court decision entered into force.

3.    Document certifying the fulfillment of requirements of Article 20, clause 6 of the “RA Law on Archives”.

No state fee is charged for removing the individual entrepreneur from the registration.
