What Documents are needed for Legalization of Unauthorized Constructions?

According to the 912-N decree of the RA Government, in order to legalize unauthorized buildings, landowners need to address the community leader of the territory where the land is situated.

The landowner must also present the certificate of property (use) rights registration issued by an authorized body in pre-determined order that has corresponding notes of unauthorized institutions. In case of the absence of the latter or in case of joint or shared ownership of common land he/she also needs to present the following documents on the unauthorized institutions, as defined by the RA legislation: the plan(s) according to the form approved the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre adjacent to the RA Government, as well as the written consent of all the owners.

Within 30 days after receiving the application on unauthorized residential buildings, the community leader makes a decision on legalizing them or rejecting the application.
