In which Cases a Temporary Disability Benefit is provided?

The following types of temporary disability benefits are set by RA Law on “Temporary Disability Benefits”. In case of each the state provides a temporary disability benefit, that are:

1.    A benefit given in case of temporary disability caused by illness (injury)

2.    A benefit given in case of temporary disability caused by prosthesis

3.    A benefit given in case of temporary disability caused by the need of sanatorium treatment

4.    A benefit given in case of temporary disability caused by pregnancy and delivery

5.    A benefit given in case of temporary disability caused by the need of care for the  ill ( injured) family member.
