Pursuant to Article 8 of the RA Law “On Holidays and Memorial Days in the Republic of Armenia” tomorrow, May 9, is the Victory and Peace Day.

According to Article 147 of the RA Labor Code, on the eve of non-working days, holidays and memorial days, the duration of the working day is shortened by an hour. This point of the law does not apply employees who work part-time.
