According to the RA Code on Administrative Violations, excess of the allowed speed leads to imposition of a fine. Specifically:
Excess of the set speed by 1-10 km/h leads to imposition of a fine at the rate of the minimum salary.
Excess of the set speed by 11-30 km/h leads to imposition of a fine at the rate of 150 percents of the minimum salary.
Excess of the set speed by 31-50 km/h leads to imposition of a fine at the rate of one-hundred-fold of the minimum salary.
Excess of the set speed by 81 and/or more km/h leads to imposition of a fine at the rate of five-hundred-fold of the minimum salary.
