The right to acquire weapons on the territory of the Republic of Armenia have:

a) State paramilitary organizations;

b) Juridical persons with special authorized tasks;

c) Legal entities engaged in the production of weapons or trade them (hereinafter – legal entities – suppliers);

d) Legal or natural persons engaged in collecting and exhibition of weapons;

e) Sports organizations and persons realizing wildlife service;

f) Educational institutions;

g) Citizens of the Republic of Armenia;

h) Foreign citizens.
