Attraction of an employee to fulfillment of any work by employers without entering into the employment agreement (contract) in an order stipulated by the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia, shall involve penalization at the rate of 50.000 AMD for each case of violation.
The same violation committed after application of the administrative penalty during one year shall involve penalization of the infringer at the rate of 100.000 AMD for each case of violation.
