The court hearing on the case of the 3rd President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan’s nephew Hayk Alexander Sargsyan will begin today in the Shengavit residence of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan.

The hearing is presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan.

Artur Ghevondyan testified at the previous court hearing. He was Hayk Sargsyan’s neighbor,

It should be reminded according to the indictment, Hayk Sargsyan, on 1 April at around 4 pm in the room located on the ground floor of apartment 14 of building 11 in Tumanyan Street, Yerevan where he was registered, shot in Davit Simonyans abdomen from an illegally acquired and maintained pistol “SIGSAUER” with a purpose of intentional deprivation of life. However could not complete the crime due to circumstances beyond his will.
