The court session on the case of Serzh Sargsyan’s nephew, Hayk Alexander Sargsyan, continues under the chairmanship of Judge Anna Danielyan in the Shengavit residence of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan city.
Davit Simonyan, who was recognized as a victim of the case, was present at the court .
Notably, Hayk Alexander Sargsyan is charged with the fact that on 1 April, 2007 at 4:00 pm in the room on the basement floor of apartment 14 on Tumanyan 11, Yerevan, under unrevealed by the investigation circumstances, David A. Simonyan was shot in the abdomen with the intention of depriving David Simonyan of life from a pistol. But Aleksander Sargsyan did not end the crime under circumstances beyond his will.
