The Court hearing on the case of 3rd President of the RA Serzh Sargsyan’s nephew Hayk Sargsyan was interrupted for an indefinite period due to the absence of his advocate Yerem Sargsyan. The journalist of Iravaban.net reports from the courtroom that Yerem Sargsyan came to the court a few minutes ago.

The trial was resumed.

Notably, Hayk Alexander Sargsyan is charged with the fact that on 1 April, 2007 at 4:00 pm in the room on the basement floor of apartment 14 on Tumanyan 11, Yerevan, under unrevealed by the investigation circumstances, David A. Simonyan was shot in the abdomen with the intention of depriving David Simonyan of life from a pistol. But Aleksander Sargsyan did not end the crime under circumstances beyond his will.

The SIG SAUER “P266” model pistol of 9 mm caliber, with imprinted number 7421361, was found as material evidence in this case.
