According to the Law on State Benefits, a family has the right to the lump-sum emergency assistance of the child birth, the member of which has had a child and has the right to family benefit allowance within the month of application.
One of the adult family members applies to the regional center for receiving lump-sum emergency assistance.
It should be noted that the lump-sum emergency assistance is assigned if one of the adult family members apply for it within six months from the moment of the child birth, and the family is entitled to receive family benefits within the period of the application.
Lump-sum emergency assistance of the child birth shall be appointed for each child born in the family.
The lump-sum emergency assistance shall be paid during the month following the month of application.
