The Public Officials receiving valuable gifts ex-officio from state and non-state enterprises, institutions and organizations, as well as foreign states, organizations, companies shall pas the gifts to the state. Failure to pass the gift to the state shall cause imposing a fine in the amount of the minimal salary with confiscation of the gift. In case of the absence of the latter, imposing a fine equal to four times the value of the gift.
