The mutual voluntary consent of a man and a woman and the marital age of 18 years are necessary for marriage conclusion.

Notably, a person may marry at the age of 17 as well in case of the consent of the parents and/or the guardian.

A person may marry at the age of 16 years as well in case of the consent of the parents and/or the guardian and if the other marrying person is at least 18 years old.
