Thus, the appearance of a teenager in public places in a drunken state, as l as their use of beverage leads to the imposition of a fine at the rate from 50 percents of the minimum wage up to its full size on the parents and/or the persons replacing the parents
Malicious failure of the responsibilities of the parents and/or the persons replacing the parents to carry out responsibilities on educating and training the children, use of drugs by the teenagers without the prescription of a doctor, or other offences committed by the teenagers leads to imposition of a fine against the parents and /or the persons replacing the parents at the rate of from 10 to 30 percents of the minimum wage.
Small hooliganism, or hooliganism committed by adolescents aged fourteen to sixteen leads to the imposition of a fine against the parents and /or the persons replacing the parents at the rate from 30 up to 80 percents of the minimum wage.
