Pursuant to Article 88 of the RA Civil Procedure Code the following documents shall be attached to the complaint in the provided order: Documents which certify the following:
The fact of payment of the legally established amount of state imposition, or a motion for postponement or reduction of the amount of the state duty.
Facts on which the complaint is based.
If the complaint is signed by the plaintiff’s representative, a certificate of the representative’s authority to bring action is attached.
To a complaint about enforced signing of an agreement the draft agreement is attached.
