The trial of the second RA President Robert Kocharyan, former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, former CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov and former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan presided by Judge Anna Danibekyan is in process today on 3 December at the Shengavit residence of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan.

During the court hearing the health condition of Yuri Khachaturov’s attorney Mihran Pogosyan worsened, and the judge announced break. The defender left the court room.

Minutes later, attorney Mihran Poghosyan returned to the courtroom and the hearing continued.
