Defendants Yuri Khachaturov, Seyran Ohanyan and their lawyers Mihran Poghosyan and Karen Mezhlumyan did not appear in the courtroom after the break.

According to Robert Kocharyan’s lawyer Hayk Alumyan, the lawyers did not appear, as they believe that their clients are being persecuted illegally.

It should be noted that on 26 March, the Constitutional Court declared Article 300-1 of the Criminal Code invalid, unconstitutional, noting that it contradicts Articles 78-79 of the Constitution.

The court again announced a break before the defense attorneys appeared in court.
