On December 16, the Court of Criminal Appeals, presided by Judge Lusine Abgaryan, continues the examination of the appeal on the measure of restraint of the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan on not releasing him on bail.
During the session Robert Kocharyan’s attornry Hayk Alumyan petitioned to hold a meeting in camera to discuss issues related to Judge Lusine Abgaryan’s relations.
The court granted the motion, the trial will continue in camera.
