The court sitting on the case of the RA First President Robert Kocharian, former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, former CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov and former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan, presided by Judge Anna Danibekyan will start on 7 October, at the Shengavit residence of the Court of First Instance of Yerevan.

At this moment the people involved in the case are arriving to the court.

Notably, at the previous hearing the court allowed Seyran Ohanyan to be out of the country from October 18 to November 4. He will leave for Germany for treatment.
