Four militants were killed in Makhachkala, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan reports.

Previously it was informed that two criminals were neutralized.

“According to current information, law enforcement officers have neutralized four militants in Makhachkala,” the Head of the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan, Gayana Garieva, informed wrote on her Telegram channel.

After the terrorist attack in Dagestan, the number of victims has reached 9, 7 of them are law enforcement officers. In addition, 25 people were injured.

Notably, armed attacks were carried out on Sunday evening in Derbent and Makhachkala on two Orthodox churches, a synagogue and a traffic police station. The Investigative Committee of Dagestan of the Russian Federation initiated criminal cases under the article “terrorist attack”. As a result of terrorism, according to preliminary data, the priest of the Russian Orthodox Church and policemen were killed.
