Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Armenia Olivier Decottignies, visited Jermuk, he wrote in his X microblog that he recorded the presence of Azerbaijani forces in Armenian territories.
“I witnessed the continuous occupation of Armenian territories by Azerbaijan,” Olivier Decottignies wrote.
The French Ambassador visited Jermuk with the EU Mission in Armenia.
