In order to receive a new driving license instead of the lost one the person has to submit to the registration-examination department at his registration place:
- Application,
- Passport or other identification document (in the latter case, accompanied with the reference from the actual place of residence).
- The document which is the grounds for receiving (in case of losing a driving license provided in foreign countries),
- A receipt of payment of the state tax (12.000AMD) provided by law for obtaining a driving license.
