In order to receive a new driving license instead of the lost one the person has to submit to the registration-examination department at his registration place:

1. Application,
2. Passport or other identification document (in the latter case, accompanied with the reference from the actual place of residence).
3. The document which is the grounds for receiving (in case of losing a driving license provided in foreign countries),
4. A receipt of payment of the state tax (12.000AMD) provided by law for obtaining a driving license.
