Yelena Arakelyan was appointed a judge of the Administrative Court by the decree of the RA President on 9 July, 2021. Before that, in 2010, she worked as the secretary of court sessions of the RA Criminal Court of Appeals, and then as the clerk of the judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan City. In 2010-2012 worked as a junior specialist in the legal examination service of the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia. In 2012-2017 worked as an assistant to the judge of the RA Administrative Court. 2017-2019 worked as an assistant to the judge of the RA Administrative Appellate Court. In 2019, he studied at the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. 2019-2021 worked as an assistant judge of the RA Administrative Court.

We present to your attention the declarations of her property and income.

In 2020, when Yelena Arakelyan assumed the position of assistant judge, she declared:

• An apartment with joint ownership in the Kanaker-Zeytun community, which was purchased in 1995,
• 6,000 EUR – deposit,
• 2,711,870 AMD: deposit,
• 245,728 and 27,053 AMD on the bank account,
• 200,000 AMD in cash,
• 492,113 AMD income from salary received,
• 272,947 AMD received from a loan.

According to the annual declaration of 2020, the deposit made by her at the end of the year was 2,711,870 AMD, the funds in the bank account – 210,513 AMD, in cash – 1,000 EUR, 200,000 AMD. Her income was 3,441,476 AMD from salary and 202,552 AMD from loan.

In 2021, when she had already assumed the position of judge, he declared:

A loan of 29,120,000 AMD is a loan for the purchase of real estate in a residential building under construction.
