The authorities of Azerbaijan are so concerned about the wave of protests in France against Baku’s behavior that they urgently summoned the French Ambassador to the Foreign Ministry, Minval reports.
France’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Anne Bouillon, was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
She was handed a note of protest in connection with the call by the representatives of French political parties to President Emmanuel Macron to take a number of measures for the defense of Artsakh and Armenia.
Earlier we reported that the political leaders of different key parties in France, despite their different political views, published a joint open letter to the daily newspaper “Le Monde”, which has the largest audience in France, requesting the intervention of the French President to guarantee the security of Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia.
