The French and Americans have buried the OSCE Minsk Group, Russia has nothing to do with it. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said during a press press conference dedicated to European security issues.
“The OSCE Minsk Group was established in time to unite the countries that have influence in the region and can send signals to Yerevan and Baku, where they also agreed to work under the presidency of Russia and the USA, and then France joined,” he noted.
According to Lavrov, Azerbaijan is ready to give guarantees to Armenians of Karabakh regarding the rights that other citizens of Azerbaijan have.
“It is not for nothing that the leadership of Armenia recently talks more about the rights of Armenians in Karabakh than about their status,” he said.
