The Russian Ministry of Defense has released the secret order of the Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine on 22 January, 2022, regarding the attack on Donbas in March this year. The official representative of the RF Ministry of Defense, Major General Igor Konashenkov told journalists, TASS reports.
“The RF Ministry of Defense publishes the secret order of 22 January, 2022, Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, Colonel-General Nikolai Balan. The document is addressed to the heads of the western regional units in northern Kiev, southern Odessa, and the Ukrainian National Guard,” Konashenkov said.
The general stressed that “the document contains the signatures of the officials responsible for carrying out the tasks of the command of the National Guard of Ukraine.”
According to him, the order given to the command of the National Guard of Ukraine describes the program of preparing one of the strike groups for offensive operations in the so-called “joint forces” in the Donbas.
“The document confirms the organizational-staff structure of the 4th tactical group of the National Operative Brigade, the organization of its comprehensive support and redistribution to the 80th separate air attack brigade of Ukraine,” the Defense Ministry spokesman said.
