Yezidi detachments did not suffer any casualties in the Artsakh war:  MP Rustam Bakoyan tells

The friendly, brotherly Yezidi people played its role in the Artsakh war that started on 27 September. On 28 September, Rustam Bakoyan, a member of the “My Step” faction, announced from the tribune of the National Assembly that the Yezidis and the Armenians are two nations, but one people. In the 44-day war, two Yezidi detachments under the command of Rzgo Sarhankyan took part and kept the positions entrusted to them.

“Just from the beginning of the war, they left, to one of the hottest points of the war, south, towards Jabrail. The Yezidi detachment did not retreat. In the most difficult positions, they were able to hold the position for about a week. They fulfilled the military tasks set before them with honor,” Bakoyan mentions and adds that due to the right tactics they did not have any casualties from the both detachments.
