While the Central electoral Commission was declaring the final official results of the elections to the post of the President of the Republic of Armenia, the students who had went on strike and had gathered in the street were shouting “Shame!” Andrias Ghukasyan, Candidate to the RA President joined them as well.
During the press conference, Tigran Mukuchyan, Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission of the RA spoke about the students’ strike as well. He considered it natural that the people apply their constitutional right to express their freedom of speech.
According to Mr. Mukuchyan, they try to introduce the developments through the facts and evidences so that the information is introduced completely.
