A group of the dwellers applied to the court with request to order their neighbor, Ara H. to provide the key of the lock, which the latter hang on the door to the roof. In addition they asked the court to order their neighbor to refrain from any construction on the roof without the consent of the neighbors.

The Court of the First Instance, presiding  Judge R. Apinyan, decided to cease the civil case based on the fact that the difference is not subject to be discussed in court.

However this was not the end of this case. The same Court, presiding Judge G. Karakhanyan, granted the application and obliged Ara H. to provide the key of the lock to the neighbors, as well as to have the consent of co-owners Isabella T. and Heghine S. in case of further construction or other activities regarding the roof.
