By the Decision N 1-N dated 10 of January 2013 the RA Government defined the amounts of state allowances as follows:
a. The amount of a lump-sum allowance paid for a child’s birth is 50.000 AMD.
b. The amount of allowance for a first grade child is equal to 25.000 AMD.
Simultaneously, it was defined that the amount of the allowance for the third and each subsequent child is 430.000 AMD, and child care benefit granted up to two years of child’s age is 18.000 AMD.
The decision is valid for the relations arose after 1 January 2013.
