The RA Presidents Serzh Sargsyan signed a new decree which reads:
“Guided by Paragraph 16 of Article 55 of the Constitution of the RA as amended in 2005, and based on the RA Law on RA State Awards and Honorary Titles, I decide:
To award Artur Davtyan, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia with the first-degree Order for “Services to the Motherland’, for the significant contribution to the strengthening of law and order.”
