The whole process have been changed based of the instructions of the RA Prime Minister and the Head of the State revenue Committee according to Babken Ghazaryan, the Head of Customs House for Processing Vehicle Customs.
The one window service already operates in the Customs House for Processing Vehicle Customs. According to the former procedure the brokerage service dealt only with filling in the declaration and the citizen carried out the remaining process independently. Currently under the new procedure the vehicle owner hands the package of documents to brokerage service, which ensures all the procedures in compliance with the relevant sections. The whole procedure lasts no more than 30 minutes.
Mr. Ghazaryan said that the method purchase or transaction value as well as the market value has been applied to round 10-15 vehicles.
