The trial in the murder case near “Nubarashen” penitentiary continued in the Court of First Instance of Erebuni and Nubarashen districts. Then criminals Levon Ghazaryan and his friends were killed.
At the previous trial the weapons considered to be evidence of the murder were examined. Today be the videos should be examined. However, only one video where the witness is presented the photos of three persons (allegedly the defendants) was examined. And the witness replied that he did not know them.
The video was shown on a small monitor, the video was tilted, and this caused complaint of the defendants and the people present at the trial. Defendant Sargis Grigoryan complained, “If the state bodies take right photos our heads would not crook”
The other videos available in the case were not examined due to technical problems and the trial was delayed.
