The First Deputy Minister of Justice Arsen Mkrtchyan suffered heart attack. Iravaban.net learned this from “Nork Marash” Medical center, where Mr. Mkrtchyan was accepted. We were also informed that he was brought to the Medical Center at night. Currently Mr. Mkrtchyan is in the intensive care unit. The doctors have imposed stent to the Deputy Minister. Now his condition is stable-good.
