Today, the trial on the case of 19 years old Haykaz Barseghyan’s death, who was the cadet of Vazgen Sargsyan Military institute, should be continued in the Court of First Instance of Avan and Nor Nork Communities of Yerevan, but the session was again postponed. One of the defendants, Varazdat Safaryan, whose presence should have been ensured by the military police, was not present at the session. It was informed before the session that some problems aroused connected with bringing the defendant to the court.
Prosecutor Karen Harutyunyan was involved in the case as a new accuser before postponing the session.
The next trial will take place on February 4.
After the session, when the defendants were leaving the court room, the father of the killed cadet heated turned to them. ”I’ll show you a wink!”. The Judge warned him to be careful and in case of the defendants’ improper behavior turn to him.
