According to the Decision №165 of the RA Government on the testing procedure of the public servants in the Republic of Armenia, the testing procedure of the public servants in the RA (certification) is realized for strengthening the state structure, for improving the preparation, selection and distribution of the employees.
The public servants who worked at following state authority no more than 1 year, pregnant women and women who have children under the age of 3 years shall not be subject to certification. Pregnant women or women on maternity or baby care leave with partial pay shall pass certification after a year of returning to work.
