AYLA President Mr. Karen Zadoyan, the Coordinator of the CSOs’ Anti-Corruption secretariat who is currently participating in the 16th International Anti-Corruption Conference in Putrajaya, Malaysia, met with the Director of Corruption Prevention Department of the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption Mr. TSE Man-shing BBS, JP.
Karen Zadoyan introduced to the attention of Mr. TSE Man-shing information about the CSOs’ Anti-Corruption Coalition and the AYLA, spoke about the anti-corruption projects and activities, as well as about the government’s anti-corruption policies, the existing problems and possible development trends.
The Director of the Corruption Prevention Department of the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption, in his turn, introduced to Mr. Zadoyan the functions of the Department, its achievements, the international cooperation and future plans.
At the end of the meeting the parties reached agreement on possible future cooperation, including organization of a study tour for training in the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption.
