Russian State Duma adopted amendments to the Law “On Legal Status of Foreign Citizens’, which states that from 1 January 2015, the citizens of foreign countries without a visa regime will receive patents for work at the legal persons. Thus, the current quota system which was in force during the last years and referred to the RA citizens as well, will be eliminated.
Starting from the next year, according to the new rules, work permits will be obligatory for foreign nationals who arrived in the in the order that requires require a visa. All other foreigners who do not need an entry visa will be provided patents and work in the companies. At the same time, it is necessary to obtain separate patents for work at legal or natural persons. The complete article in Armenia language is available here.
