As we already informed, today, on November 3 the presentation of the 6th (2012) and 7th (2013) volumes of the decision series of the Civil and Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation, as well as the 1st Volume (2010-2012) of the Series of decisions on interim judicial acts on civil and administrative cases took place. During the presentation Iravaban.net talked with the President of the RA Court of Cassation Arman Mkrtumyan.
Mr. Mkrtumyan referred to the application of the Court Decision precedents and their accessibility, as well as to the activity of the Council of Justice.
