After implementation of the check-ups in the entity, the servicemen of tax agency fined the entrepreneur thus saying him that he had not provided the customer with receipt. So, the servicemen made an administrative act to fine the entrepreneur.
The entrepreneur applied to AAC and told that he had provided the receipt (the video also exists) and tax servicemen had implemented the whole check-ups with offends.
Tax service agency applied to the Administrative court with the application of the instruction to pay the fine. AAC’s advocate immediately counterclaimed.
The Administrative court refused the application of the tax agency, which then appealed the decision to the court of Appeal. The court of Appeal again refused the agency’s application for the benefit of the businessmen.
Thus, owing to the support provided by AAC and readiness of the entrepreneur to stand for his rights, the broken right of the entrepreneur was rehabilitated.
