The resident of Armavir town Yurik Sedrakyan applied to Armavir ACC and told that he was subjected to administrative penalty by the employees of State Income Tax service for export of his car temporary and did not returned it. The beneficiary explained many times that the car was not working and it was impossible to return it, but the employees did not accepted and hinted that it would be considered as a basis only in case of some bribe. But they did not receive the bribe by the beneficiary and fined him in the amount of 120 000AMD.
The ACC appealed the act in administrative procedures against of State Income Tax service attaching the appropriate documents, in the result of which the administrative act was removed and the case was dismissed.
