The resident of Armavir town Lena Gasparyan applied to Armavir ACC and told that she gave an announcement on the same day to the Police of Armavir region on the fact of beating on 31.08.2012. Proceeding of criminal case on the prepared materials was rejected as there was a fact of regret. The beneficiary found out that the decision was not legal and there are some corruption risks in the case, in the result of which the criminal case was not prepared. After this the beneficiary applied to the ACC.
The Center appealed the decision to the court. The court satisfied the claim removing the decision of Police.
