How to write an Application and what Documents are necessary to attach for Administrative Procedure

According to the RA Administrative Procedure the application must be submitted in written form. The application must include information that the application is directed to the Administrative Court, as well as the name of the applicant, address, the permanent address (if it is different from the first address), the title if legal entity, address, permanent address (if it is different from the first address) including the personal details of the applicant physical entity, his/her taxpayer identification number and the number of state registration certificate, the name of the representative, address and also the position if the application was submitted by an official having the right for that.

The application must include the name of the respondent and when the applicant is the physical or legal entity according to the rule, the address and the name. When writing the application first the brief description of the claim is narrated than the document on which the claim of the applicant is based, as well as the arguments supporting the claim. The legal comments are made and finally the claim is formulated. The claim must include information regarding the administrative act, as well as the appeal to a superior authority on the action or inaction of the administrative body, the list of written evidences, if any, shall be attached to the claim, the year, month and date of the claim.
