In Bryansk region, two persons suspected of the attack on “Crocus” were arrested, Baza reports.
The car with the alleged criminals was stopped near the village of Tyopli, a few kilometers from the border between Belarus and Ukraine. According to preliminary data, there were six people in the car, two of them were arrested, and four others managed to escape.
The arrested are citizens of Tajikistan. Security officers are working with them now.
Four others are currently being sought.
