Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will meet for the first time after the autumn events in Nagorno-Karabakh on the sidelines of the informal CIS summit in St. Petersburg on 26 December. RIA Novosti writes.
