As for the rumors circulating in the press that the Prosecutor General has dismissed Mnatsakan Sargsyan, Deputy General Prosecutor of the RA, Shahen Tonoyan said that according to the Constitution, the Deputy Prosecutor General is appointed and dismissed by the President and they did not have any such information yet.
