At 30 observation posts, Russian peacekeepers monitor the situation observance of the ceasefire around the clock.
From 12:00 on 19 September, 2023, the Russian peacekeeping contingent recorded numerous facts of ceasefire violation by the Azerbaijani side along the contact line.
Russian peacekeepers organized the evacuation of the civilian population of Nagorno Karabakh from the most dangerous areas and provided medical aid to the injured citizens.
It is noted that during the day, the Russian peacekeeping troops evacuated 469 people, including 185 children. The medical workers of the special aid station helped 9 injured citizens, including 4 children.
The Command of the Russian peacekeeping force calls on the conflicting parties to immediately stop the fire, take measures to de-escalate the situation and continue the negotiation process.
